  Authentic Mexican food. The decor is as authentic as the food!
  
  The Quesadilla Nortera was fantastic. Chicken was flavorful, mushrooms and onions grilled to perfection, cheese sauce was not overpowering but definitely added to the flavor of the dish. Would highly recommend this dish!

  A little torn between a 3 and a 4 here. It's your basic run of the mill Mexican restaurant. The salsa was really good and we ordered some guacamole. Sadly the guacamole was relatively bland. Needed some salt, some more lime, and maybe a kick of extra onion.
  
  I ordered the huevos con chorizo for dinner with rice. Rice was very flavorful and the portion size was right for my price. Some of the chorizo was overcooked, which pegged my food down a little. For my wife, she had the marinera quesadilla and thought it was great, but just a little small for $14.59. I would come back to have a margarita and something small in the future, but wouldn't expect to have my socks knocked off.

  Chips were pretty good. Salsa needed maybe more garlic, salt and / or onion. They had Cholula hot sauce as well. Rice was good. The burrito I had was excellent. It had pork carnitas with white or yellow onion inside. Outside it had a red sauce and a cheese sauce plus fresh tomato, cilantro and purple onion on outside. Great service too!  Overall, very good.

  I've been coming here for so many years! All of the sudden it's gotten SO expensive with the new price increase like 55.00 for lunch as if this place is luxury or something.... sad because I've had to switch to Mi ranchito where they are 9.99 and their salsa is way better anyway.

  I was just about to try and eat at this restaurant after having a bad experience around a years ago there. I was to attend a birthday party with friends for their teenage daughter. Sadly I was unable to attend and now an so glad I was not. What sort of place hires wait staff that thinks smearing whipped cream on the face of a teenage girl as funny? I am appalled at such action. The party members there laugh it off so as to not cause a scene but I promise you if I had been there a scene would have been created. A minor child is disrespected and the wait staff involved should be fired immediately. I hear there is a picture of the staff doing such and will be glad when I get it.
